Instructions for Membership Application

I. All applications are to be submitted to the Club Manager.

II. The applicant is to submit the following along with the completed application:
  • A completed and signed Credit Report Request along with a $35.00 check payable to Lake Mohawk Golf Club.
  • A brief resume.
  • Two sponsors must sign the application and supply letters of recommendation.

III. Ten days prior to the membership meeting, the applicant’s name is to be posted.

IV. At the time of the Membership Committee interview, the Committee is to receive a check in the agreed amount for the Active membership initiation fee and participation certificate or the applicable payment due under the payment plan chosen. Those applying for House-Golf membership should have a check for the current amount for initiation fee and dues. Those applying for House-Dining membership should have a check for the current amount for the initiation fee and dues.

V. The application will then be forwarded to the Board of Governors.
